Donna & Jim Milburn, a.k.a. Mrs. Click & Dilly the Clown are based in beautiful Pitt Meadows, British Columbia. Both have extensive backgrounds in youth services with strong family values.
With over 25 years of experience, Dilly the Clown will have you in stitches as he entertains children of all ages. Join in and laugh along as Dilly interacts by singing, dancing, and storytelling. Let’s not forget the balloons, lots and LOTS of balloons.
